The dimensions are 40' by 20' and the studio rents for $25/hour. Lights and camera are also available.
It is easily accessible from the west side highway, the A, C, E train, and the M23 bus at 23rd Street. The studio itself has great natural and studio lights for both motion picture and still photography. It is available to rent for photo/film shoots, dance rehearsals, casting sessions, readings, actor's workshops, and more.
