With it's annual tour of more than 30 towns, seasonal castings in schools, as well as summer castings in the most popular seaside resorts, D-Max models has established a more developed scouting programme than any other agency in Lithuania, which guarantees it the recruitment of the majority of the best young models.
All the girls who sign contract with the agency are trained individually in the modeling profession by the agency, and they receive all the advice and counseling required in order to be ready to work as soon as they arrive in an overseas market. The agency can also deal with any foreign client wishing to book the models directly, without an intermediary.
