L-shape, main shooting area is 21' wide x 54' long and client lounge is 15' x 24' feet.
Total studio area is 1600 Sq Ft. Great Daylight, Studio facing south, (6 large windows) & West (3 large windows) 11 feet high ceiling, and beautiful hardwood floors.
Great client lounge area, with kitchen and bathroom.
Internet & MP3 connection
Passenger and Freight elevator.
Photography Rental Rates:
$650.00 per day,9AM-6PM
$400.00 1/2 day, (4 hours)
$85.00 per each additional hour.
Reduced rate for consecutive rental days after more than 2 days
Minimum rental, 4 hours.
Film & Video rentals: $1,200.00/day, 8am-6pm
$150.00 per each additional hour
Included in your day rental: 12 C-stands, 1 Elinchrom, 6’ Octa-bank, 8 auto-poles and crossbars, coat-rack, two tall 8’ and 10’ ladders. Additional grip and lighting equipment, also available for rent.
